Hi there, my name is Maria! I'm a busy nurse by day and a baker by night. Although my days are busy with family and work, I always find some time to bake; I find so much joy in baking Swedish desserts because it reminds me of home. My desserts are simple and sweet, no frills. Many of my family's traditions revolve around food and baked goods and my children have convinced me to share these treats with others, so that they too can feel the warmth and joy of a homemade Swedish dessert.
